The circularity of materials is the focus of Reykjavík-born brand FÓLK’s new products, which are driven by experiments with local, natural or upcycled materials.
The designers are Ólína Rögnudóttir, Theodóra Alfreðsdóttir and Jón Helgi Hólmgeirsson, who designed a side table that is assembled with only two screws. The table, which is expected in stores this autumn, is made of steel, FSC-certified solid ash, and textile boards made from wool.
