Association of Product and Industrial Designers
The Association of Product and Industrial Designers represents individuals engaged in product and industrial design across Iceland, from established professionals to emerging designers and students.
Our role is to safeguard the professional and creative interests of our members while strengthening the visibility and value of design. We support students and recent graduates with free membership during their studies and for two years after graduation.
By promoting high standards and engaging with industry, institutions, and policymakers, we work to create strong conditions for design to thrive. We believe thoughtful design shapes a more responsible and inspiring future.
DesignMarch is right around the corner!
The sweet harbinger of spring, the most fun festival of the year and the harvest of Icelandic design is ahead, as DesignMarch takes place from April 2nd to 5th. Icelandic design in its most diverse form takes the stage as usual, with over hundred events and exhibitions this year and even more participants. Architecture, artifacts, fashion, product design, experiences, and much more will be on offer throughout the greater capital area, although the vast majority of the program is in downtown Reykjavík.

The Icelandic Embassy in Denmark teams up with the Iceland Design and Architecture center, producer of the DesignMarch festival and Business Iceland to present different exhibitions showcasing the diversity of Icelandic design at 3daysofdesign.
