Kristveig Halldórsdóttir

Kristveig Halldórsdóttir studied textile art at the Icelandic School of Arts and Crafts and continued her studies at the University of the Arts and Crafts in Oslo where she completed a master's degree in textile art. She has held solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Iceland and abroad. In her master's studies, she studied the making of handmade paper from different plant fibers which lays an important conceptual ground in her works.
