Slippbarinn X DesignMarch

Slippbarinn at Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina will be the official festival bar during DesignMarch 2022. The festival schedule this year is bursting with events and exhibitions so it’s necessary for guests to have a place  to gather between events, surrounded by colorful Icelandic design, and recharge over food and special DesignMarch cocktails.

Guests can get a map of the festival events and venues at Slippbarinn and some events will also take place at the bar.

Icelandairs’ short doc, Why not? Designing the Spirit of Iceland, which showcases Icelandic creativity, will be shown in Slipp Cinema at the following times: 

3rd of May: 09:00 - 23:00

4th of May: 09:00 - 10:30 and 17:30 - 23:00

5th of May: 09:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 23:00 

6th of May: 09:00 - 20:00

7th of May: 14:30 - 19:00

8th of May: 09:00 - 23:00

DesignMarch’ final party will take place at Slippbarinn Saturday 7th of May from 8PM. Come celebrate DesignMarch with a bang over cocktails and tunes from designers who take on the role of DJs for the night.
